15-minute Session

at a location in the Washington, DC Area - past locations include Bishop’s Garden, Tudor Place in Georgetown, and the terrace at the Kennedy Center

10-15 image GALLERY,

edited in the signature PLUME style,

5 full-resolution downloads

with a print release, perfect for holiday Cards, an updated print for your gallery wall or placed in a silver tabletop frame, or simply to share with friends and family.

Plume fine art prints, custom framing, albums, and other printed products as well as Additional digital files may be purchased via your gallery shop.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What if it rains / my child gets sick

    In the event of truly inclement weather (the forecast calls for 60% chance of rain or more by COB the prior day), a rain date will be offered or you may receive a refund. If your child, or any family member, gets ill, you will receive a credit towards a future PLUME session.

  • Is 15 minutes enough time?

    Absolutely! One reason I limit mini sessions to existing clients is that we already have established a rapport, which makes the session move much more efficiently. It is imperative though that you arrive a few minutes early so we can start right on time!

  • Are Digital Files included?

    Your PLUME Mini Session investment includes 5 high-resolution downloads with a print release and the ability to purchase additional files via your Gallery Store.

  • What should we wear?

    My number one piece of advice for attire for any portrait session is to make sure everyone in the session looks dressed for the same event! My Mini Session Planning Guide, which every client receives after booking, goes into more detail on what to wear for your session. I am also happy to connect you with an experienced stylist to help plan your wardrobe, as well as Hair and MakeUp artists.

  • We LOVE our Dog / have extended family in town, can they be in the photos?

    All PLUME Portrait sessions are intended for immediate family only, and cannot accommodate extended family or - sadly - pets of any kind (service animals excluded). Unless you have received explicit approval from PLUME, please do not bring your dog to your mini session.
